  • High-quality animal proteins: ribeye, grass-fed beef, eggs, salmon

  • Healthy fats: avocado, olive oil, ghee

  • Optional greens: arugula, spinach

  • Plenty of electrolytes (Celtic Salt, 1 tsp daily)

Macros:

  • 65% fat / 30% protein / ≤ 5% carbs

Scientific Rationale:

  • Stabilizes insulin and blood sugar

  • Reduces cravings and inflammation

  • Encourages ketone production to further amplify fat burning

  • Refills minerals and micronutrients post-fast

Weekly Sugar Diet Cycle (Sample Schedule)

Here's a sample weekly schedule for The Sugar Diet: Start the week with a Sugar Fast on Monday and Tuesday. Then transition into the Low-Carb Reset phase on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Reintroduce another Sugar Fast on Saturday, followed by a Low-Carb Reset on Sunday. This rhythm is designed to maximize fat burning, reset key hormones, and maintain metabolic flexibility. You can repeat this cycle weekly and adjust the timing based on your progress, energy levels, and overall biofeedback.
